Its bid of $338631 734 was the lowest of three bidders. Combined with its technical score, GC Constructors edg Granite Archer Western for the shoot forward which is expected to be awarded Tuesday.

Granite Archer Western, which is building the U 90 bridge from one side of to the other the Bay of St. Louis, bid $3438 million. Yates/Hill Brothers bid $3844 million.
