The tenders have made more than 60 trips to southward Mississippi since Hurricane Katrina, going door-to-door to find abroad who needed help and what kind. The group's primary focus this week is helping clan in Ocean Springs, working from a "to-do" list based forward the surveys of thousands of residents.

"This is ministry with advantage and they are trying to come up to face to face every need of our community," said Michael Barnett, pastor of First Baptist ecclesiastical body of Ocean Springs, which has partnered with the more than 200 proffers from Georgia.

Since the storm, the Ocean Springs house of worship has coordinated hurricane-relief assistance and provided tools, meals and lodging for out-of-town offers
