For as prolonged as they can remember, cousins Henry and Charlie Kremer knew they would be in the marine business.

After all, their family began fabricating armor shrimp boats and tugboats in the 1940 and 1950 when Henry and Charlie were lads in school. Later, they repaired boats, sold them and equal provided slips for people to store their boats, as well as a public launch.

"We just grew up in it," Henry Kremer 71 said. "That's what we knew and what we wanted to do."

Charlie Kremer 66 agreed. "We'd approach home from school and would make progress to work sanding boat bottoms."

The Kremer cousins have been in the marine industry for more than 50 years - Henry ran the business period and Charlie operated the marina. That's with what intent it was difficult for the cousins to betray the family business.
